Get 14 days of Camera Bridge Pro free. No payment required, no credit card, no charges after the trial.
- Available once per Apple Account
- Start from the welcome guide or the paywall
- If you don't upgrade during the trial, it expires and you return to the free plan
- You can start the trial again later if you want
How Subscriptions Work
Purchasing
- Open Camera Bridge
- Click Camera Bridge Pro at the bottom of the sidebar, or go to Settings › General › Upgrade
- Choose your plan (monthly, yearly, or lifetime)
- Review the price and terms
- Confirm the purchase — it goes through your Apple Account
After Purchase
- Pro activates immediately in the app
- All cameras now appear in Apple Home
- The app shows your renewal date (for monthly/yearly plans) or "Lifetime" (for one-time purchase)
Canceling or Changing Plans
- In Camera Bridge paywall or Settings, click Manage Subscription
- This opens Apple Account settings
- Choose to downgrade, upgrade, or cancel
- Changes take effect at the next renewal date
Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall Camera Bridge or use it on a different Mac:
- Open the paywall (sidebar › Camera Bridge Pro)
- Click Restore Purchases
- Verify your Apple Account
- Pro activates if you have an active subscription or lifetime purchase

The free plan gives you full access to Camera Bridge's tools — Overview, Diagnostics, Optimize, etc. Pro just removes the "one camera" limit in Apple Home.
Free Plan Details
With the free plan:
- You pick which camera appears in Home (Settings › General › Free Camera)
- Other cameras work fully in Camera Bridge but don't appear in Home
- You can change which camera is your free one anytime
- The free plan is permanent — no expiration, no limits

Camera Bridge is optimized for home use. If you need to manage many cameras professionally, contact support to discuss options.
Refunds
Subscriptions and purchases are subject to Apple's standard refund policy:
- Monthly subscriptions: 14-day refund window
- Yearly subscriptions: 14-day refund window
- Lifetime purchases: 14-day refund window
Request refunds through your Apple Account settings (App Store › Account › Purchase History).
Transparency
- No hidden fees: Price shown is the total amount charged
- No auto-upgrade: Downgrading or canceling works immediately for future renewals
- No data selling: Your information is never shared with third parties
- No tracking: Camera Bridge doesn't track which cameras you use

FAQs
Can I share Pro with family members?
Subscriptions are tied to your Apple Account. Family members need their own subscription or lifetime purchase to unlock Pro on their own Macs.
What if I downgrade to the free plan?
- Your subscription ends and you return to the free plan
- You can still see all cameras in Camera Bridge
- In Home, you can keep one camera, and the others move to "Free plan" status
- You can switch which camera is your free one anytime
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Apple provides a 14-day refund window for all subscriptions and purchases. Request it through your Apple Account (App Store › Account › Purchase History).
What if I lose access to my Mac?
Your subscription is tied to your Apple Account, not a specific Mac. You can restore purchases on any Mac.
Do I need iCloud+ for Pro?
No. Pro lets all cameras appear in Home. You only need iCloud+ if you want HomeKit Secure Video recording.
